I’m a UX and conversion optimization consultant. Before founding Resonant, I spent 5.5 years at Amazon as a senior UX content designer for Echo Show, Fire TV, and other Alexa devices. I optimized onboarding flows, created first-time user experiences, and led messaging for growth initiatives. All at a massive scale.
